Sometimes a client comes to you with a challenge that’s so unique and bold, you can’t say no. VMS Florida Realty was one of those—a vacation rental and property management company in Southwest Florida that specializes in European and international guests.
Their brand needs demanded a delicate balance of luxury and fun, with a logo that’s cohesive but unique in the competitive Florida vacation landscape. We chose a heron to symbolize their brand: a migratory water bird to represent their guests arriving to the Sunshine State. We paired it with a dash of palm trees, a sprinkling of sand, and a touch of teal to create a sophisticated brand personality that knows which way the beach is.
Once the brand was established, we moved on to the VMS Florida Realty website, which provided a new obstacle: incorporating a vacation rental platform with dozens of custom listings, while still looking and working great. The result is a fun, fresh, functional website that makes a Naples vacation easier than ever to book.
